		<description>Just received this feedback from a client I had back in 2007:

&quot;I had only known Ms. Daniels a short time and was lamenting the fact that my house that was nearly 100 years old had been on the market for nearly six months with only a few people viewing it&#039;s nearly 2500 sq ft. I had a new place picked out and was anxious to move!

Part of the reason I was moving is that, while spacious, people didn&#039;t like to visit because the house gave them the &#039;creeps.&#039; I personally thought it was an amazing house, full of light, high ceilings, and lots of character. Most people congregated in the huge kitchen/dining area where the entire wall was made of windows. It did have an upstairs where most people would never venture. All in all, it was just too big for me.

Ms. Daniels offered her services and, while a little dubious but desperate, I accepted.

I was fascinated that her dowsing rods moved at EVERY space that people had commented about PLUS several more places in the sprawling house.

Needless to say, in no time at all, a family showed up at my door with a realtor, without any appointment, and asked if they could look at the house. I excused myself and let them in.

I had a contract the very next day! Coincidence? I THINK NOT!

From there, I moved into a lovely modern condo...which I also had Ms. Daniels give the &quot;once over as well.&quot;

Thanks, Christi!
